All through the planning process we will ensure your wedding receives the best of attention keeping you up to date at all times, supporting and guiding you as necessary.
What is the initial consultation process?
Based on your preferences and to accommodate your busy schedules we offer consultations in person, via Skype, email or telephone. Consultations take place at a mutually convenient date and time with evening and weekend appointments available. Our in-person consultations generally last about an hour and are with our Creative Director Rachel. We recognise having someone with you to enjoy this experience can be much more fun so please bring along a family member or friend.
When do we meet again? It may be necessary to meet at a site visit or cross supplier meeting. We will also keep in regular contact via email or telephone.Generally our final consultation takes place eight weeks prior to your wedding to finalise your requirements and talk through all the details. We will then send a final proposal and fully itemised invoice which will allow you to check the fine details.
When does the final invoice need to be paid? We ask for full settlement six weeks prior to your wedding.
Who is responsible for collecting venue styling props?
We will collect all venue styling props the morning after the wedding unless otherwise discussed. Any breakages of hired items will need to be paid for in full and invoiced accordingly.
How much is your minimum spend?
Generally our couples spend upwards of £1K minimum.
